These terms apply when you use tenantable.co.uk ("tenantable", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us: hello@tenantable.co.uk.
tenantable is a personal dashboard that helps landlords keep track of property compliance: EPC ratings, gas and electrical certificate dates, alarm checks, council licensing and similar items, with reminders before things fall due.
tenantable is an organisational tool, not a legal or professional adviser, and it does not make your property compliant. In particular:
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must only add properties you own, manage or otherwise have a legitimate interest in. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's data.
Your first property is free. Each additional property costs £1 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time and your first property stays free regardless. If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers get clear notice first.
Documents you upload stay yours. We store them only to show them back to you and never share them with anyone else, except the service providers listed in our privacy policy who store data on our behalf.
You can stop using tenantable and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give account holders reasonable notice so you can export your dates and documents.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand.
